About
Marcus Pointe Golf Club tumbles across 600 acres of rolling woodlands, which is a rare occurrence in the mostly flat Panhandle area. The back nine is where golfers really begin to notice the dramatic undulations. Earl Stone, who has designed several Gulf Coast golf courses, created the layout. He has built his reputation on building playable and affordable courses. While water may not come into play often, golfers will still be kept on their toes by the numerous sand bunkers and an abundance of trees and of course, the tricky angles and elevation changes throughout. The golf course is challenging but fair with a playability that appeals to golfers of all skill levels. The greens are well manicured and keep all abilities in mind. Four sets of tees make Marcus Pointe Golf Club even more accessible.

Beautiful Spring Course
The grounds here are in such great shape, the course looked and played beautifully. Spring here and other courses in the area are not even close to the well-kept grounds at this course.

Best Course Around
We spend our winter in the south. This year Marcus Pt. was on our Golf Now radar. We really enjoy playing the course. The layout, course conditions are the best we have played! Thanks!
Nothing like winter rye!
Best course to play locally in Pensacola as they overseeded with rye grass.
Second time I’ve played since they put the new GPS on their new carts…the system is great for keeping the carts out of the “forbidden zones”, but unfortunately the person whose job it is to relocate the pin positions in the morning is not reprogramming the GPS accordingly. Often distances are as much as 10 yards off. If they can fix that issue, they get 5 stars from me!
Great course, lovely staff.
1st time playing abroad from Canada and it was a good experience. We were paired with a friendly pair of brothers that knew the course. Our pace was a bit slow due to the fact we didn't know the course and the warden had to give us a nudge to tell us to play faster which honestly was warranted. He was the friendliest and most polite warden I have ever experienced. The course was average, really driver friendly. We had a good time. Lovely course.

Chad did an excellent job waiting on my wife and I the course was beautiful we will be back next week and we are snowbirds from Michigan
Greatly improved
Have played here 4-5 years a few times per year.
The improvements made of late are commendable.
Greens are nice, fairways coming back, new carts with GPS and music alternatives.
Sent a note to the course making a geofence alert improvement and they responded the next day.
If you were disappointed in the past, return there for a better experience.
