Osceola Municipal Course
Good course for the money. I enjoyed the two guys I was paired with. Great 4 hours on the course.
OK for a muni!
Course in so so shape. Lots of bare areas and ground under repair. Greens moderately fast and rolled true. Staff extremely polite and helpful. Pace of play was excellent and beverage cart was out on course. Will play here again as it is a very good value.
Fun Day
Rained out all week. Tried this muni on our last day. Good value, cold beer, decent course. Great day. Thanks Osceola.
Good greens
The greens are in good shape for this muni. A few of them have plug areas along the fringes. Overall, a good value and great pace of play.
Good go to Muni Course in Pensacola
It was a hot day but the course played well. The Marshall was kind enough to tell us we should play the back nine first since the people in front of us where sharing a rented back with old clubs and would be very slow. We were able to play easily without waiting for anyone and finished in a little over 3 1/2 hours.
Needs work
Course desperately in need of an infusion of cash!! City of Pensacola needs to commit to making this course what it once was, and can be again!!
No water
Please incorporate water to drink on the course especially when it is 90+ degree weather. All water fountains off and no potable water anywhere. And the drink cart quits at 1230 really!!!
Municipal course on a Saturday
The course is fine for a municipal course, with the exception of the pace of play. There was a group of 7 or 8 in front of us who held up the entire course with crazy stuff like multiple players teeing off at once, players taking several do overs, teaching their girlfriends how to hit a ball mid-course etc. They motioned for us (a twosome) to play through then didn’t wait for us to hit our second balls, just came through too so at one time there were 10 of us playing a hole. We picked up and moved on.
