$15 for 9 Holes with a cart
First time at this course, I played 9 holes solo.
The price was great and it was easy to check in and out.
I had a party of four in front of me and behind me but did little to no waiting. Took about 1 hour and 20 minutes from tee box to final putt.
Cow pasture would be better
Booked on golf now like I usually do for 9 holes, they always let me play either the front 9 or the back 9, said we had to play there other 9 hole course and was told that the last workers should not have let us play the other 9’s. Didn’t know which green to hit to on the first hole, had no clue where to hit my drives at times because there was nothing to show where the green even was or the direction. Needless to say me and my friends will play elsewhere.
bad course
they put us on bad 9 hole course .
too short and couldn't see what is the fairway.
every hole too short and bad
Harvey 9 First Time
The course is a short one; most of the holes are shorter than 250 yards. The course plays fast and is a fun and challenging course for a quick play. Bunkers and ponds make the course challenging as well as large greens with a variety of slopes.
Great quick course
Get to change things up a bit, only takes about 1 hour to play
And since I shot 2 over it was perfect
Harvey Course
I wanted to play a quick 9 Saturday morning and they put me on their "extra" back nine course called the Harvey course. No one else was on this course and it was very short course which was extremely disappointing. I was not told this by Golf Now when booking. I wanted to play their main course. This extra back nine was in very poor condition. I could have played City Park North Course which is much closer to my house had I known I'd be thrown on their secondary short course with no one on it.
Enjoyed round
The course is in good shape.
They could have said something
If you only have time for a quick 9, this is the place to go. Nice layout that winds through a very nice neighborhood. Layout is good, but flat, with no elevation changes.
There is a foot golf course superimposed on this tract. No one told me about that. As I stood on the first (19th) I saw three flags in front of me. Which one am I shooting at? (Hint - shoot at the bright red flag).
For some reason hole 23 was shortened from a nice dog leg that looked like it would have been a fun hole to a very short 140 - 160 yard par 3. The foot golf hole was right in the middle of the former fairway. It would not have interfered with playing the hole at its original length. No idea what the thinking was on that one, other than making it kid friendly, perhaps.
Another surprise is hole 27. You can't really tell what it does from the tiny layout map on the scorecard. You shoot over a fence (!), a canal and a second fence. Oh, and the canal is undergoing repairs, so there are workers and equipment between tee and green. Talk about hazards. Place your shot well on this hole. The green is snuggled right against the far fence - short and you in the canal - long and you hit the concrete cart tarmac behind the clubhouse and could end up 100 yards behind the hole.
Stonebridge Outing
Played the Harvey side on 9/21/15 which looks to be the only 9 hole option. Course wasn't crowded so don't understand why 1-9 or 10-18 wasn't available for play. Harvey side not well laid out, especially on No. 19 where the No. 20 green appears to be the target. Sand traps deplorable... won't hit from them. No. 22 or 23 par 5 has had tee box closed for longest time and plays are par 3. Lakes in poor condition - overgrown with algae and seaweed. Fairways are excellent; greens a little choppy (they may have just been sanded).
