Vast Improvement
Quietly becoming one of the top 3 courses in the area. Fairways and Greens have come back recently. The 6-6-6 layout is great!
The course is in great shape
The greens came back nicely and they did a great job with maintaining the course.
The staff is always friendly.
I played well
It’s a fun course and unique layout. The 6, par 3’s, 4’s and 5’s is pretty cool. There is a pretty big difference between tips and second tees. The layout is nice and fairways are decent. Greens are ok but there was a good bit of poana on them. They do have a practice area but no range.

Always nice
Course was in great shape. Definitely could see improvements from my visit 10 months prior.
I really enjoy playing Copper Mill
Really good place to play! Great layout, great condition, great staff. It has no driving range but it does have chipping and putting practice areas.
It’s quite a challenge.
Paired with 3 other golfers on a Thursday senior day discount . No issues. Course in good shape and greens were in very good shape. Would play again.
Copper Mill
This was my third time playing this course and I am still of the opinion that it is one of the nicest places to play in Louisiana.
I am a “shirt and cap” guy so I was hoping for a good selection of gear in the pro shop but that has nothing to do with the condition, layout, great staff and professionalism that Copper Mill offers.
