Great muni!
Course is still coming out of winter conditions, so will continue to improve in the coming weeks. Obviously well cared for and with a healthy budget. Good layout, and almost no water hazards!

I played Azalea city and have played in the past also.
The course conditions were not very good and I understand that the summer grasses have not come in yet.
The course is never in excellent shape. Good or great is all you can ever hope for.
