Azalea City golf is a great value for the Golf Now Hot deal rate. Course is always in good condition.
Great public course
Very nice public course. Good deal with the "hot times". Greens are fast with a lot of slope and can be difficult.
Course conditions not revealed in advance.
We booked several days in advance and there was no indication of any closures or course maintenance. We arrived and found the front nine closed and the back nine had been aerated the previous week. In my opinion this should be indicated on the tee time listing. The pace was terrible the bathrooms were closed and the greens were close to unplayable. This course is usually money and I never have any complaints but this was unacceptable.
$5 ROB
This is One of the best public golf courses in the south Alabama area. Highly recommended!
Pace of play the last two times are the slowest of any course I play. 4&1/2 to 5 hours

The course is in great condition and I really enjoy playing there. You will not find a better course for the price, and the staff is great. It's a very relaxing and enjoyable round oh, and I'm sure anyone who plays there would enjoy it.

This course is a highly played public course. Although highly played the course is always kept in to condition.
Rain out
Course was in great shape but round was rained out.
Course was in great shape but greens had been aerated with pinkie size holes and half of sand island on top. Would have been great to know ahead of time.
Rain ✔
At tee time it was raining golfnow wouldn't allow for a rain ✔ because it was after their cut off.
Really miss this course
Recently moved to ATL where there are lots of good public options, mostly just outside the city. I’ve grown to miss my short drive to Azalea City where I could always bank on excellent greens at an excellent price. Course layout is great, challenging but not stressful, and definitely walkable if carts aren’t your thing. Great opening par 4 with opportunity to score. Fun doglegs are frequent on the front 9. Love #7, a tricky short 4 with sloping green that took me a few times to figure out how best to play it (still has my number though). From the scenic #10 to a couple tough finishing holes give this course a lot of variety. Love the uniqueness of each hole. Highly recommend getting out to play this track. I bet you’ll be back for more.
